How Do You Actually Pick. Click. Give.?
I filed online for my PFD, and while I somehow missed how to do an electronic signature and so am relegated to mailing in a signature page, I was able to figure out how to Pick. Click. Give.
Here are some screenshots to help you through the process.
1. After you have completed your regular PFD application form online, you will get the option to participate in two voluntary programs - Veteran's Services and The Gift of Giving.
To give to a nonprofit organization or several organizations of your choice, click on the box to the left of:
"Yes, I want to participate in the Charitable Contributions Program"

2. You are then directed to a page where you can search organizations by Judicial District or Statewide. Not knowing what Judicial District I was in, I just picked each one and scanned each drop down menu, then went back and made my choice.

3. After you choose an organization and the amount you'd like to donate (in $25.00 increments with the minimum being $25.00), you can opt to add another organization or several organizations.
Note: If you end up designating more than your actual PFD, the system will make contributions in the order you entered them until your PFD runs out. The balance of your PFD not committed to a nonprofit organization will go to you as usual.

4. Once you've selected the organization(s) of your choice, hit Continue and you'll be brought to a page where you can request that your contribution remain anonymous or that your identifying information is released to the nonprofit(s). Make your choice then hit Continue.

Voila! You're done!
And thank you for your support.
