About Us
The Friends of the Campbell Creek Science Center provides outdoor education programs for people of all ages that inspire a sense of wonder, increase understanding of science, and promote stewardship of the environment.

How Pick.Click.Give. makes a difference
The Friends of the Campbell Creek Science Center is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the educational programs and initiatives of the Center and addressing unmet science education needs of Alaskans.

We provide scholarships to economically disadvantaged students, purchase equipment and materials to enhance educational programs, and provide hospitality for the thousands of volunteers and visitors each year.

Since 2005 Friends have funded thousands of scholarships for children attending Title I schools. We have purchased skis, snowshoes, a sound system, carpets, macroscopes, greenhouse plants and many other materials to help support the programs at the CCSC. We provide hospitality for dozens of public events from monthly Fireside Chats and Saturday programs to National Public Lands and National Trails days.

Your funds will support the Friends' mission of ensuring that all Alaskan children have an opportunity to experience and learn about our great outdoors. Thank you for your continued support of our youth.
