Homer Council on the Arts (HCOA) is guided by the conviction that the arts are for everyone. Founded in 1975, we serve our community creating space and opportunities for people to experience, participate, and foster artistic creativity. Offering stellar performances, original exhibitions, a community ceramics studio, arts education for all ages and abilities, and community partnerships, HCOA fuels inspiration.

Your Pick.Click.Give. donations directly support operations of Homer Council on the Arts (HCOA). Operational funds are used to pay for staff, maintain the facility, and keep our community programs running. Staff designs and implements programs and services that support our mission: Homer Council on the Arts is guided by the conviction that the arts are for everyone. HCOA provides opportunity for all people in our community to experience and participate in the arts by providing arts education, arts advocacy, support for artists, and creative opportunities.
