The Ketchikan Pioneer Home Foundation supports activities, provides supplies, furniture, and equipment not provided by the State of Alaska to promote the well being of the residents of the Ketchikan Pioneer Home thereby ensuring the best quality of life for the elders who helped build the community.
How Pick.Click.Give. makes a difference
The non profit organization is overseen by a board of directors composed of concerned local volunteers. Hence, 100% of the funds donated through the Pick Click Give program are used to help provide for the needs not provided by the State of Alaska to the residents of the Ketchikan Pioneer Home. The funds are also used to provide for indigent residents of the Home who would not otherwise be able to purchase basic personal care items like new clothing or supplies which add dignity and comfort to those elders' lives.
