About Us
Our Love in the Name of Christ of Eagle River serves: Eklutna, Birchwood/Chugiak, JBER and Eagle River. We have 19 partners churches and many businesses in the arear that support us. We have more than 1500 volunteers serving the community over the years. We host many events throughout the year: Backpack Giveaway, Thanksgiving Blessing, Christmas House, Annual Fundraiser "Bowl-a-thon" National Day of Prayer and the Way of the Cross. Each event we host we welcome our neighbors to participate.
The Christmas House is designed to personally interact with our neighbors whom we served in the pass year with school age children. There are gifts for every one in the family. We serve with prayer, gifts and also, meet some of their needs. Each family is served privately without their children or others. They have a personal shopper to engage them in conversation and in their search for a special gift for their family.

Pick Click Give has made a great difference in the life of our ministries because many children are having an opportunity to give along with their families.
