About Us
The Mission of Valley Hospice Resources is to improve the quality and availability of compassionate end-of-life care in the Mat-Su Valley. Our current services include: Bereavement Services, Palliative Artist, community education, mini-grants for special needs of patients and families, and advocacy for the creation of a Hospice House(and other types of 24hour care) in the Mat-Su Valley. Patients at end-of-life must have a 24 hour caregiver in order to qualify for Hospice benefits under Medicare
How Pick.Click.Give. makes a difference
Valley Hospice Resources is an all volunteer organization that uses at least 90% of our donations for provision of services. We hope to be able to expand our services as our funding increases.
