For over 35 years, thread has been advancing the quality of early childhood education and child development in Alaska. As Alaska’s Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) Network, thread offers services to families, early childhood educators and programs, and communities statewide. We partner with early childhood supporters to advocate at the local, state, and national level for policies that increase access to affordable, high-quality early childhood education for all of Alaska’s families.
