Kodiak Maritime Museum's mission is to recognize, preserve, and interpret Kodiak's maritime history.
How Pick.Click.Give. makes a difference
Pick.Click.Give contributors have been helping Kodiak Maritime Museum every year since PCG began in 2009, and that support has been directed to many projects ranging from oral histories to the Thelma C Interpretive Exhibit. PCG support also helps to pay our annual administrative costs, including utilities and staff salaries, which are often not covered by project directed grants, but which are a necessary cost of pursuing our mission to recognize, preserve, and interpret Kodiak's maritime history and culture. Beyond helping KMM's own programs, the PCG program allows people all across Alaska to participate in a collective effort to create a better social and cultural infrastructure for the state through community based non-profits.
