Anchorage, February 3, 2015 — Pick.Click.Give. is currently accepting applications from nonprofit organizations that would like to participate in the 2016 charitable giving campaign. Applications are accepted online and must be submitted annually. The deadline for filing an application is March 31, 2015.
“Pick.Click.Give. has become a popular way for Alaskans to share some of their PFD with a cause they care about,” said Heather Beaty, Pick.Click.Give. program manager. “We’ve seen the list of eligible nonprofits grow each year, along with the number of donors and dollars raised through the program.”
Applications to participate in Pick.Click.Give. are not complete until a signature page and the $250 application fee are submitted. Those must be postmarked no later than March 31, 2015. Organizations are encouraged to track those items using certified mail.
For organizations that are new to applying to Pick.Click.Give., a webinar on how to complete the application will be provided on Tuesday, March 10 from 10-10:45 a.m. To register for the free webinar, click here.
Even if a nonprofit has qualified for Pick.Click.Give. this year, or in past years, it must re-apply to participate in 2016. More information and answers to frequently asked questions can be found in the “Info for Nonprofits” section on www.PickClickGive.org.
