Through the Charitable Contribution Program (Pick.Click.Give.), Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) recipients may direct a portion or all of their PFD to qualified educational organizations, charitable organizations, or community foundations. Agencies wishing to be considered for inclusion on the list of qualified organizations for the 2021 PFD must submit this application and the required documentation in a timely manner.

Each application must be accompanied by a $250 nonrefundable fee paid by check or money order payable to The Alaska Community Foundation. The phrase Pick.Click.Give. 2021 must be written on the memo line. This fee was established by the Alaska Legislature to fund application and disbursement processing, nonprofit education through The Foraker Group, and PFD-Pick.Click.Give. webpage administration by The State of Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend Department.
On the certification page you will be asked to insert your name, location and title and your signature in the signature panel. This means you can submit the entire application online by uploading your documents and using the payment form - thus avoiding printing and mailing the completed application to our office.
Your organization's complete application, required documentation, and fee payment must be submitted or postmarked no later than March 31, 2020.
