Through the Charitable Contribution Program (Pick.Click.Give.), Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) recipients may direct a portion or all of their PFD to qualified educational organizations, charitable organizations, or community foundations. Agencies wishing to be considered for inclusion on the list of qualified organizations for the 2019 PFD must submit this application and the required documentation in a timely manner. The application is not complete until a signature page, payment, and non-electronic documents are SUBMITTED BY MAIL, postmarked no later than March 31. Please follow all nine steps.

Each application must be accompanied by a $250 nonrefundable fee paid by check or money order payable to The Alaska Community Foundation. The phrase Pick.Click.Give. 2019 must be written on the memo line. This fee was established by the Alaska Legislature to fund application and disbursement processing, nonprofit education through The Foraker Group, and PFD-Pick.Click.Give. webpage administration by The State of Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend Department.
Your organization's complete application, required documentation, and fee payment must be received or postmarked no later than March 31, 2018.
