Then you know how important it is to remain steadfast in compassionately caring for everyone who lives or even visits our community. It all started when a group of strong women leaders made their way to Nome in 1902. Your gifts through Pick.Click.Give made an idea from our Caregivers become a reality. The group was concerned about patients having access to outside space as part of their recovery. They dreamed of a garden to provide social, mental and spiritual healing for patients. And because of you, Caregivers, visitors and many others wandered the creative spaces of the Healing Garden located behind Providence Alaska Medical Center.

With contributions like yours, patient care areas have been updated so we can continue to provide the best care to our patients! Providence Kodiak Island Counseling Center was able to relocate to a new Counseling Center so our caregivers can more easily connect with their patients, and Providence Alaska Medical Center was able to secure resources for our state-of-the-art Newborn Intensive Care Unit.

Your gift this year will be used towards other meaningful projects that impact the lives of the patients and their families receiving care at Providence across Alaska. You are making our community a healthier place for everyone.
