SeaView Community Services is a non-profit social service/mental health agency, based in Seward, Alaska. Our Mission is to provide community-based services that strengthen families, foster self-sufficiency and enhance quality of life. For 44 years, residents of Seward, Crown Point, Moose Pass, Cooper Landing and Hope have benefited from a variety of SeaView’s services, including: mental health, disability services, substance abuse counseling, DVSA services, community support services and more.
How Pick.Click.Give. makes a difference
Donations received from the Pick.Click.Give Program benefit individuals and families across the Eastern Kenai Peninsula, from Seward to Hope, who are in need of our services. Funds are used to offer the highest possible level of quality of care, assistance, support and resources to our clients. SeaView’s programs offer a vast array of services, including, but not limited to: a full range of community-based rehabilitation services for severely mentally ill or emotionally disturbed adults; family-based services and counseling for severely emotionally disturbed youth; individual and family therapy; an emergency services 24/7 crisis line; a 24/7 DVSA crisis line in addition to DVSA community education, collaboration, outreach, and training for community members; outpatient substance abuse treatment, including assessment, referral, education, counseling and outreach services for people with chemical abuse & dependency issues; disability services for adults and children with disabilities; and an infant learning program designed for families with children birth to 3 years, providing services such as developmental screenings & assessments, educational information and activities as well as a weekly play and chat group for children birth to 5 years.
