New Hope Compassionate Ministries

Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty in downtown Anchorage through a Christ-centered approach of relief, rehabilitation, and development. We want to create a future of hope in the lives of those that we serve. We value faith, dignity, compassion, networking, volunteerism, and generosity. We believe that every person is important and of great value to the world. Our ministry center serves over 400 people each week through food distribution, partner organizations and churches, educational classes, and various support programs. Every dollar given through Pick.Click.Give. will change the life of someone living in Anchorage. At New Hope, we value your donations. Our programs could not survive without your help. With every dollar raised we can purchase over 6 lbs. of food for a person in need. We can feed a family of four for as little as $50 a month.
However, we don’t just provide food for our clients. By participating in Pick.Click.Give. you will also be able to provide training and support for those striving to break free from the chains of poverty. You will be instrumental in providing the funding for job programs, financial literacy, and healthy living classes. We cannot do it without you.
