To offer seniors “essential services” housing (assisted and independent), adult day services, nutrition, education, transportation, and social activities that promote independence and a healthy continuum of care.
How Pick.Click.Give. makes a difference
Homer Senior Citizens, was incorporated in November, 1973 as a non-profit organization to provide services for senior citizens. For the past 43 years HSC has been a leader in providing programs for senior citizens in the Homer area.
HSC is funded through donations, grants, membership dues, Kenai Peninsula Borough, United Way, and State of Alaska grants. We provide services to enhance quality of life for the seniors in our community.
The donations received through Pick.Click.Give allow HSC to upgrade programs and materials that directly benefit local area seniors.
