How Pick.Click.Give. makes a difference
Help the Juneau Arts & Humanities Council bring arts and culture experiences to over 35,000 people each year!
• $10 helps us make arts education experiences available to all Juneau students. This covers the cost of bussing a student to live performances at Perseverance Theatre, the Walter Soboleff Center, or the Juneau Symphony.
• $25 helps to provide event and concert tickets for the underserved in our community.
• $50 helps to provide art supplies for Stress Free Art night and Clowning Classes.
• $100 helps to bring an artist into a public school classroom for one week.
• $500 provides a scholarship to a child so they can attend Fine Arts Camp in Sitka or Juneau.
The Juneau Arts & Humanities Council curates performances by internationally recognized artists each year, enlivening life in Juneau. It works collaboratively with the Juneau School District as Kennedy Center Partners in Education, and as an Any Given Child site to make sure Juneau students grow creatively through arts education.
It offers markets and festivals that give artists and small business owners ways to sell their wares, network, and empower Juneau’s economy. It organizes monthly gallery exhibits, giving local artists a venue to show their work and become recognized at a state level. It offers Fine Art Scholarships and Individual Artists Grants to help students and emerging artists expand their practice.
The Juneau Arts & Humanities Council cultivates vibrant arts and cultural opportunities in our community and fosters a strong, prosperous, and inclusive environment where creativity and innovation thrive.
