The purpose of ACCA is to assist in improving the lives of people with disabilities and their families by providing quality diagnostic, therapeutic, educational, and referral services in conjunction with other community providers without regard to ability to pay.
How Pick.Click.Give. makes a difference
1 out of 5 people experience a disability. ACCA serves these individuals, along with their families, regardless of ability to pay. Funds from Pick.Click.Give. ensure ACCA can continue to provide quality disability services to members of our community. How do we use Pick.Click.Give. funds? • Home based Physical Therapy for an infant without health insurance. • FASD into Action classes which support parents of children with FASD so that children can be successful in their lives and relationships. • Loan Closet equipment that allows people to borrow adaptive equipment, like a walker after they have hip replacement surgery. ACCA develops new programs each year which respond to needs we see in the community.
